Come along, get creative and be part of The Ripple Effect! (No experience needed)
Find out all about the project in a relaxed, friendly environment. The Ripple Effect team, made up of a few local ladies will be there to welcome you.
There will be a few things to have a go at alongside a cuppa and a chinwag:
Have a go at SEWING — try simple stitches or bring your own Ripple Effect themed sewing to work on, share and exchange ideas.
PRINTING station — experiment with ocean inspired prints
SASHIKO stitching — discover the beauty of Japanese visible mending.
PICK UP YOUR PATTERN PIECES — take a section of the Ripple Effect dress away to design at home
DONATION STATION — bring along ocean coloured fabrics, embellishments or denim you’d like to donate.
Tea, coffee and cake available for a small donation.
