The Ridiculously Self-Indulgent ill-advised Vanity Tournament!An IFPA sanctioned pinball tournament. Apparently they let just anyone register sanctioned pinball tournaments these days. Come score yourself some wppr points and cash on a Saturday!
Limited to 24 players. Prior registration is required, send an email to [email protected] to register once registration opens on Monday October 14th at 9am.
Entry fee of $20 will be paid by Paypal to complete registration. When you send an email to register, you will receive a response confirming your registration and asking for entry fee payment. Your spot is not locked in until you pay the entry fee. There are no refunds once you have paid.
Entry fee is $20, broken down as:
$19 Prize Fund
$1 IFPA / MD State Champion prize fund
Free parking at the event. The address and a map of parking will be sent out before the event.
Doors open at 11:30am, tournament begins promptly at 12:00 noon.
No practice or casual games allowed during the qualifying portion of the tournament until your two games are completed for the round.
Qualifying: 6 double rounds, or 12 games played in 4 player groups.
Number of players to playoffs: The top 8 players make the playoffs.
Finals format: PAPA style finals, 4 player groups, 4 games per round. Top seed picks games (or order) from 3 different eras of machine in predefined groups.
This will score us a TGP of 160%!
