Guided Meditative Journey

As winter softens and spring begins to stir, this guided meditative journey invites you to reconnect with the light within and around you. Returning Light is a practice of releasing what no longer serves, clearing stagnant energy, and welcoming renewed clarity, vitality, and spiritual awakening.
Through breath, visualization, and mindful presence, you will be guided to awaken the natural light of your body, heart, and spirit. This journey aligns you with the emerging energy of spring, supporting renewal, growth, and the deepening of your connection to your inner guidance.
Step into this meditation to receive the nurturing energy of light, reconnect with your higher self, and embrace the brilliance and new beginnings that this season brings.
ALL WEDNESDAY EVENTS ARE WALK-IN WELCOME
Guests are encouraged to come in comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket if you have one; we supply these items but are limited depending on event attendance. If you are a person who enjoys taking notes on your meditative experiences, we welcome you to bring a journal and writing utensil. There will be a time after the meditation, in which guests will be encouraged to recall and reflect on their encounters.
