THE RETROSTARS are a three piece 60's Power Pop/Rock band taking you on a Magical Mystery Tour ‘trip’ through the fun & fab times of the 60s! Featuring your favourite hit songs from the period performed in 60's rock star fashion & costume!
Showcasing catchy quintessential ‘60s tunes with outstanding musicianship and vocal harmonies THE RETRO STARS perform songs from The Kinks, The Who, The Rolling Stones, The Byrds, The Monkees, Steppenwolf, Elvis, The Spencer Davis Group, Chuck Berry, Roy Orbison, Little Richard, and of course the biggest band of all time...The Beatles!

THE RETROSTARS are.... David Gillard - Vocals, Guitar, Harmonica (Rubber Soul - The Beatles Show) David has spent the last twenty years performing in RUBBER SOUL - THE BEATLES SHOW regarded as Australia’s number one authentic Beatles Tribute Band. Rubber Soul toured internationally and around Australia. David continues to perform with his Beatles acoustic duo show called ALL YOU NEED IS BEATLES. As a huge fan of the ‘60s David formed THE RETRO STARS to play the music which has been such a major influence throughout his life.
Lee Dryden - Vocals, Drums, Percussion (Rubber Soul - The Beatles Show) Lee was also a member of RUBBER SOUL - THE BEATLES SHOW. In addition he was the frontman in his own group WHERE’S RINGO which was a Beatles/60’s hybrid band performing at many festivals and functions before it disbanded. Lee is a passionate ‘60s fan and brings exceptional musicality and groove to THE RETRO STARS.
Rod Allsop - Vocals, Bass (Where’s Ringo) - Rod has performed in various original and cover outfits, and was also a member of WHERE’S RINGO playing Bass and performing alongside Lee for many years.
A groovy, fun, and fab time is guaranteed for all! YEAH...BABY...YEAH!!!
