✨ The Restorative Circle: Movement, Sound & Sisterhood ✨A nourishing afternoon designed for women to move, release, and restore.
Together, we’ll flow with the awakening energy of Kundalini Dance—a guided practice that combines movement, breath, and music to gently open energy pathways and awaken vitality.
No experience is needed, and it’s suitable for all levels. This is not about performance, but about connecting with your body’s natural rhythm and flow.
We’ll then sink into the healing resonance of a Sound Bath, where the vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments will help you relax deeply, calm your mind, and restore balance. Surrounded by the uplifting presence of sisterhood, you’ll experience harmony in body, mind, and spirit.
🌿 You will:
Feel more rooted, grounded, and radiant—anchored in your body and the earth.

🌸 More about the Practices
Kundalini Dance Kundalini Dance is a guided journey & ecstatic form of dance that combines breath, sound and movement, to clear your chakras & gently awaken your body’s natural energy flow. It isn’t about choreography or performance—there are no steps to learn. Instead, you are invited to move freely, tune into your body’s innate wisdom, and allow vitality to rise naturally as you move and play with the chakra breaths. Suitable for all levels, this practice welcomes every woman exactly as she is.
Following the dance, you will be immersed in a restorative Sound Bath. Using the rich tones of Tibetan bowls, the pure resonance of crystal bowls, and other carefully selected sound healing tools, soothing vibrations wash through the body and mind. These frequencies support deep relaxation, ease tension, and help restore harmony to your whole being. All you need to do is rest comfortably and let the sound guide you into balance and renewal.

As the heart behind Fabulous at 50 and FabulousHealth, Joanne creates spaces where women can release exhaustion, quiet the chaos of menopause, and rediscover the spark that’s been hiding under the surface. Her work blends science with soul, guiding women to step forward—grounded, radiant, and free—through connection, community, and holistic practices.
When she’s not coaching, speaking, or hosting events, you might find her kayaking on mountain lakes, walking in the forest with her husband and dog, or sharing laughter with friends and family.
