Led by Gwyn Davis, this gentle yet powerful practice supports the Kidney and Bladder Meridians—the pathways of inner strength and release. Through flowing forms, breath awareness, and mindful movement, you’ll be guided to restore your reserves, soften tension along the back body, and cultivate calm, grounded presence.
These practices help regulate fear, strengthen willpower, and recharge the body’s energetic “batteries.”

Relax into a nourishing soundscape created by Kelsey Elledge and Natalie McCalla, featuring crystal bowls, gongs, handpan, and other healing instruments. Each brings her own unique medicine, guiding you home to your body’s deep inner wisdom.
