Reclaim a sense of balance through the soothing effects of mindful movement, rest, and conscious relaxation.
Each week features a unique theme and yoga style to gently calm the mind and ease the nervous system, allowing you to land in a more peaceful place. This series is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and relax into a softer way of being.
December 10th | Release the Grip: Move stagnant energy with a body mapping exercise used to co-create this meditative yin yoga experience.
December 17th | Ease Into Alignment: A slow Kemetic yoga flow to gently realign body, mind, and spirit with guest instructor Royce Sarpy.
December 31st | Collective Rest: A thoughtful blend of restorative yoga and yoga nidra to relax into the new year with renewed clarity and ease (separate registration link coming soon!).
