Full description
Find balance, recharge, and take control of your energy—backed by science.
Do you find yourself constantly wishing you had more energy? Do you sometimes choose ways to rest that you know won’t actually make you feel rested?
According to research, when we’re very tired, we default to rest habits ingrained in us by family, culture, and media. But are those habits truly replenishing us—or just familiar?
This intimate workshop (small group, 2 hours) will help you understand what truly restores you. You’ll gain practical, research-backed tools to manage your energy, recognize what drains and recharges you, and reconnect with yourself. Every concept and strategy we discuss is grounded in scientific studies on fatigue, stress, and recovery, so you’ll leave with insights that actually work.
What You’ll Learn:
- Identify your personal energy patterns—what fuels you and what depletes you.
- Understand how work and personal life impact each other (and how to create balance).
- Recognize your limits and build sustainable ways to restore yourself.
- Learn why we often choose ineffective rest—and how to change that.
- Develop skills to manage your energy—not just your time.
- Walk away with a science-backed strategy to prevent burnout before it happens.
Price: Reserve your ticket through EventBrite ticket and pay 52 € on location.
The workshop will be held by Maria Bilkova a cognitive psychologist MSc and a user researcher. Maria applies behavioral science to UX, coaching, and workshops.
