Jeff Weller
Jeff Weller is the CEO of Coast2Coast Mortgage and leads nearly 200 employees. He currently owns over 150 Doors, and has flipped over 200 residential and commercial properties. He has a diverse Portfolio of Long-term Rentals, Air BNBs, and currently 104 rooms on PadSplit.
He is a pioneer in the lending industry as he was the nation's first lender to create "The PadSplit Loan" A one-of-a-kind lending product that enabled investors to finance and refinance their converted PadSplit home.
Kat Crawford
Kat started Miss K & Son's with a push mower & a big set of dreams, 10 years ago.
Her biggest accomplishment thus far is being able to be a part of an amazing industry offering sustainable living while focusing on a fixed rate model, and driving revenue growth by each door.
She is proud to manage 993 doors within 142 properties, and work in partnership with each one of her owners to truly bring their vision to life. Her proudest accomplishment has been the relationships that have been developed between Hosts, Members, the incredible team at PadSplit through her role as Director of Asset Management at Two Keys.
Frazer Fernandes
Frazer moved to Jax in 2018 to manage over $80 million in residential properties. He started wholesaling in 2021, which led to the purchase of two rentals later that year. By 2022, Frazer left his property management position to focus on real estate and by the end of the year he had his real estate license and joined a wholesale company. Frazer recently completed his first flip and is looking forward to doing more!
Luz Rodriguez
Luz Rodriguez is the co-owner of Orbit Properties, a real estate investment company that specializes in offering sellers a hassle-free experience when selling their properties. With a genuine passion for helping people, Luz aims to provide sellers with a fresh start and leave them in a better position.
In addition to her work with sellers, she enjoys building and fostering communities. Most recently, she founded the Jax Women in Real Estate Investing Network, a group dedicated to supporting and empowering women in the industry. Luz's experience in real estate includes wholesaling, house flipping, building partnerships, utilizing creative financing strategies, and being an investor-friendly real estate agent. She takes great pride in her roles as a mother, wife, and second-generation Colombian immigrant. Luz firmly believes that real estate has the power to transform women's lives, regardless of their backgrounds.
