The Resilience Project is a one-day workshop designed to provide you with practical, evidence-based skills to help you "bounce back" from difficulty. This isn't about ignoring problems—it's about learning to identify, survive, and overcome them.
Through six focused modules, you will explore core skills for building resilience, including:
👉Crisis Survival: Learn how to manage moments that feel unfixable, avoiding further damage and getting through with purpose.
👉Reality Acceptance: Discover the power of accepting permanent problems to reduce suffering and find a sense of peace.
👉Mindfulness & Emotion Regulation: Gain control over your thoughts and emotions, moving from reactive to intentional responses.
👉Thought Distortions: Identify common untruthful thinking patterns and learn to reframe them for a more positive outcome.
Developed by professional counselors who integrate psychological practices with a spiritual perspective, The Resilience Project offers a unique and holistic approach to mental health and wellness. This program is rooted in the belief that everyone can grow their resilience, regardless of their background or current circumstances.
Christian Family Solutions has partnered with Ascension Lutheran Church to bring this program to the Harrisburg area. All materials are provided, and this event is offered at no cost to participants. However, space is limited and registration is required to secure your spot.
