Join us, Chef Eve Kim and Chef JBah, for an exciting evening of Korean fusion food on June 25, 2023, from 6-8 PM at “THE RESIDENCE DINNER.”
We've got a tasty SIX-COURSE MENU planned:
• First Course: GINGER CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAP SALAD. A tasty start to your meal with chicken and fresh Ginger Chicken and lettuce.
• Second Course: DWENJAE KIMCHI JIGAE. This delicious pork and kimchi soup is both warm and satisfying.
• Third Course: JAPCHAE. You'll love these light and flavorful sweet potato noodles.
• Fourth Course: BANG BANG CHICKEN. If you like spicy, you will love this spicy fried chicken dish.
• Fifth Course: BEEF BULGOGI AND KOREAN RICE. Imagine thin slices of marinated rib-eye over Korean white rice. Or — peanut shrimp and curry potatoes. So good!
• Sixth Course: MATCHA DESSERT. Finish your meal with a sweet treat made from green matcha.
We're opening the doors at 5:30 PM, so you'll have plenty of time to get comfortable before the dinner starts.
