The Reset is a curated wellness experience. 90 minutes of intentional movement, yoga, sculpt-inspired flow, and soulful R&B vibes that reconnect your mind, body, and spirit.

Classes are held in Downtown Rochester.
You’ll receive access to any five sessions in January and February. Tuesdays and select Fridays. You can mix and match based on your schedule.
