The Renewal Retreat welcomes you with Nature & Mother Earth meditations, Sacred Drumming journeys, Crystal Singing Bowl sound baths and the opportunity to Relax, Recharge and Rejuvenate yourself.
Allow yourself to be immersed in the beauty of this space as you reconnect to the natural world and sink into the gentle embrace of mother nature. The warmth and shelter of the blessed roundhouse, nestled within its own private and wooded space awaits you. The sacred drum resonating its melodious tones and the harmonious vibrations of the quartz singing bowls are ready to gently guide you into states of bliss and serenity. Into spaces of love and nurture that both nourish and align your entire being and encourage the deepest levels of relaxation to occur throughout your body, mind and soul.

The renewal retreat is available for a limited number of people and the exchange is £85 per person.

Additional notes:
1. Please dress appropriately for this experience. We are embracing nature and this experience is both undercover and outside.
2. Please bring something to lie down on (Blanket, mat etc) and a refillable water bottle or holder/ container.
3. All refreshments offered will be Vegan. Please mention if you have any allergies when you book your space.
4. Please respect the privacy and confidentiality of this closed group experience at all times.

My belief is that each human has it within themselves already to heal fully and remove all self limiting beliefs, self sabotaging behaviours and transform their lives into happier and healthier places. My role is to help you unlock that which you have already within you by "holding space" & accompanying you as you journey to your own space of truth. Your place of limitless potential! Within you is everything you need, your body a map, your mind a creator and immense processor, your soul. A reflection of all that is, of all that has and will be. You are everything. Everything that exists within nature and the universe exists within you. Your truth, your "purpose" is resonate inside you, waiting to come forwards and express itself fully. This journey allows self-acceptance and love to be felt, replacing pain and rejection. Peace becomes the norm and the soul's expression is one of happiness and freedom as it flows to life's tune, synergistic experiences and life shifts to accommodate and manifest the new spaces needed for your purpose to be aligned to who you truly are. The journey takes courage, but if we feel it, if we truly feel it a moment, we will realise this journey. This journey of unlocking our potential and becoming our truth is the purpose. Its the purpose of your life and mine and all in manifestation at this time.
For me, "Holding space" for another is a pure expression of unconditional love. Creating the opportunity for another to see their own light surpressed in the shadows brought forward is both a humbling and inspiring experience. The journey of each who walk this path and call back their shadows is their own. Each will have their own unique expression of surpressed parts and equally unique reunion. My role is to reflect back your own bright light to guide you through the darkness and shadows until you are able to believe it is your own beautiful and inspiring light. Over time all will find the safe space inside, filled will love and nurture where the ability to slowly "hold space" for one's self emerges and the remnants of self judgement are replaced with self belief.
