What you need to know to prepare:
- Come with an open mind
- Dress comfortably in loose clothing, especially near your chest and abdomen
- Refrain from eating for an hour prior
- Avoid alcohol the day of
- Have a journal, water, and anything else that you feel would help you feel comfortable
**RESET® breathwork is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have recently had abdominal surgery, have cardiac issues or severe mental illness.
