-Four x 60 minute yoga classes especially curated to help you reduce feelings of anxiety. (In-studio OR livestream on Zoom, you choose which works best for you.)
-Practical “back pocket” tools to focus and anchor you so you can respond with steady confidence and counter anxiety when it starts to arise.

-Group discussion after each session so you can learn about anxiety triggers, ask questions, and feel supported by likeminded people on the journey with you.
