THE REDLINES
Hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, The Redlines have taken personal influences and past experience to create their own distinct blend of classic rock & roll with hints of 60's soul, 70's punk, and 80's heartland rock mixed with a touch of power-pop and garage rock. No strangers to the stage or studio, Brian Seese and Jason Lizzi share lead vocal and guitar duties while Tony Vinski (bass) and Sam Berman (drums) fill out the formidable rhythm section. Their latest album, the 2023 EP “Kick Out Tomorrow” released on Pittsburgh's Swade Records was engineered and produced by Eddie Ashworth (Sublime, Slightly Stoopid, LBDAS, Pennywise, Great White) at the Oxide Shed in Athens OH and features the single “Take What You Can Get” and a scorching cover of James Brown's "It's a Man's Man's Man's World." The band has entertained crowds at Mr. Smalls Theater, Jergels, Club Cafe and The Funhouse to name a few, as well as venturing out to other areas of Pennsylvania and to venues in Ohio, West Virginia and Maryland. The summer festival season has seen the band invited to Millvale Music Festival, R.A.N.T, The Pittsburgh Marathon, Northside Music Festival, Deutschtown Music Festival, and The Band Jam Grass Roots Music Festival. Additionally, the band has been featured in American Songwriter and Ghettoblaster magazines, the Beaver County Times, and the Pittsburgh City Paper.
