The Red Tent is a worldwide women's movement, and Steph is the first local Qualified Red Tent Facilitator in Southland!
No matter where you're at on your wellness or spiritual journey, the Red Tent is a space you will always belong.
It usually begins with an opening, 3 rounds of questions, a meditation and then a crafting activity.
