9:30 am: Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga Outdoors + Mini Sound bath by Essential Healing
10:30 am: Meet n Greet! We'll kick off with a mini meet-and-greet + Book Swap!
11:00 am: Empowerment Speaker: Mental health therapist Danielle Culpeppeon on Moving out of your head and into the now!
11:30 am: Crafting Circles
11:45 am-1 pm: Experience Stations + Sips and Snacks
