About this Event
This live Realignment Masterclass is a guided group experience for women who are capable, responsible and outwardly successful, yet sense that something in how they’re living or choosing needs attention.
Rather than focusing on fixing problems or learning new strategies, this session is an opportunity to pause, reflect and take stock of how different areas of your life are feeling right now.
Together, we’ll explore where responsibility, habit and expectation may be shaping your choices, often without much conscious thought, and where a small but intentional shift could make a meaningful difference.
By the end of the session, you’ll have:
- clearer awareness of one area of your life that’s asking for attention
- an intentional action to take from that place of awareness
- a simple anchor to help you carry that choice forward
This is an interactive, live session. I’ll be there throughout to guide the process, offer prompts and perspectives, and answer questions at the end.
This masterclass is a light introduction to my work and a starting point for women who want to choose more consciously, without overhauling their lives or adding more to their plates.
