If you have worked as a Rugby Development Officer or the Development part of the game this is for you. The skills and experience learned in this role and part of the rugby sector is special. Coaching skills, communication, leadership, facilitation all help form the person we are today.
Its purpose was at the HEART of NZ Rugby, to inspire and empower tamariki, whānau and others to give rugby a go!
For some it turned into a journey which would change their life and without the Rugby Development roles out there doing the DO some of these stories may not have been possible.
The Former All Blacks get a reunion every year - WHY NOT US - Lol! Excitidely hosted by the one and only Peter Nock residing in Taupō who has all contacts!
