The Raleigh Durham Area GLP-1 Group Meetup
Come join us for a fun and informative gathering of individuals interested in GLP-1 therapy! This in-person event will be a great opportunity to connect with others who are also exploring this treatment option. Whether you are new to GLP-1 or have been using it for a while, this meetup is open to all. Share your experiences, ask questions, and learn from each other in a casual and welcoming setting. Don't miss out on this chance to expand your knowledge and network with fellow GLP-1 enthusiasts. We look forward to seeing you there!
The purpose of this group is to:
- Serve as a support group to those on this journey who may not feel supported by those close to them.
- Serve as a support/sounding board to those who are supporting others (or trying to find ways to) on a GLP-1 journey.
- Serve as a support to each other on our GLP-1 journeys.
- Discuss openly and honestly any and all topics related to GLP-1s (not medical advice).
- Be able to answer questions for those who may be interested in starting a GLP-1, but don’t know anyone currently on one, have questions that they do not feel comfortable asking those who they know on a GLP-1, and/or just want to hear about the experiences of others.
- Discuss how relationship dynamics can change because of GLP-1s
**The meetups after this one will be more subject-focused so people get out of them what they need! No one wants to waste their time hearing about subjects that just don't pertain to them!
