This journey will be guided by Tiffany Jade and Keli Meagher at the Blue Lotus Temple (a private residence in Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa). The address will be provided at the botttom of the confirmation email in the custom notes section, please scroll all the way down to the custom notes section.

You will be lying down during the breathwork journey. Please bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag, or blanket, and any layers to stay comfortable. You may also wish to bring an eye mask, a journal, and some water.
