You’ll learn to guide Yoga Nidra with clarity and confidence, and explore its roots in ancient yogic philosophy, modern neuroscience, and somatic awareness.
This in-person weekend immersion is both personal and professional—equipping you with tools to lead others into deep rest, while reconnecting you with your own. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the nervous system, the subtle layers of being, and how rest itself can be medicine.
