This seasonal offering is designed for adults who may be feeling tired, disconnected, or overstimulated after the holidays, and who are longing for steadiness rather than pressure to “move on.”
Through gentle presence with the horses, grounding practices, and intentional quiet, we’ll support the nervous system in settling—allowing inner energy to be carried forward without urgency or burnout.
This is not a therapy session, group sharing circle, or high-energy experience.
There is no expectation to speak, share, or participate beyond your comfort.
