The Quest 2024

The event is in North Georgia so times are EST!!

LOCATION:

Arrive 9am each day. Live fire starts no earlier than 10am and our last shot will be no later than 5:45pm.

There will be a $50 CASH range fee that will be collected on Friday. This is common practice

Welcome to the Quest! This is going to ROCK YOUR WORLD so hang on! Each year The Complete Combatant and Modern Samurai Project will team up in the month of October to bring you some of the best red dot system training in the country. This will be hosted at our range in Dahlonega, GA and will be a 3 day event with a "Celebration of The Dot" after party on Saturday night. Brian Hill and Scott (Jedi) Jedlinski will each teach one day at The Quest but the third instructor will be a special guest that will most likely change each year.

We will have 40 paid students max with a few spots for our sponsors. We will run 2 or 3 relays . All coaches will be on the line with you! You will have a lead instructor for the day and the rest of the team will be the AIs. BIG TIME one on one coaching from Jedi, Riley, and Brian throughout the entire 3 days!

Saturday night of TQ23 we will are trying something NEW! We had some people travel with loved ones and would have liked them to attend the "Celebrate The Dot" afterparty with BBQ, bonfire, and raffles. We WILL be contacting you in September 2023 to see if you want a loved one (over the ages of 18) to join us on Saturday night. They would obviously need to get the range by 6:00pm and we would charge $20 per person for food and drinks. Let me think more on this but KNOW this will be an option for TQ24!

FRIDAY: FOCUSING ON PERFORMANCE

of Modern Samurai Project is a lifelong martial artist (TKD, Muay Thai, BJJ). He has received hundreds of hours of training from people considered to be the best in the industry ranging from tactical/self-defense to competition.

Scott is a Master class shooter in USPSA and is the 16th recipient of the F.A.S.T Drill (#15) coin along with being a three stripe Purple Belt under Tony Passos.

Scott has been afforded the honor of instructing members of Pentagon ERT, US Marshal's Service, NYPD Instructor Cadre, Chicago SWAT, Ohio Tactical Officers Association, Texas Tactical Police Officers Association, George Mason University Police, Santa Ana CA PD, the FBI National Tactical Training Unit, US Border Patrol's FMU, Phoenix PD, Garland Texas SWAT, Houston SWAT, Houston Narcotics and many more.

SATURDAY: FOCUSING ON SELF DEFENSE

is owner and head coach of The Complete Combatant located in Dahlonega, GA and past owner of Fusion Fitness and MMA until 2020 where the social distancing, illness, and job loss of many students from COVID-19 forced us to close the doors. Brian is a Rangemaster Certified Master Instructor, a Modern Samurai Project Endorsed Instructor, the head coach of our Image Based Decisional Drill Instructor Certification program, has over 40 years as a student/teacher in the Martial Arts, and holds a Force Science Analyst Certification. Brian is an honors gradate from Andrew Branca’s Law of Self Defense Instructor Program and is a member of Active Self Protection’s Instructor Development Portal and qualified instructor. Brian is also a public speaker, expert witness, a presenter at Rangemaster’s Tac Con & at Active Self Protection's National Conference. Brian competes, continues to practice daily and will forever be a student

THE QUEST'S INDISPENSABLE ORGANIZATIONAL WIZARD

is co-owner, XO and Instructor at The Complete Combatant. She is a HK Brand Ambassador, contributes articles for Shooting Illustrated, an Active Self Protection Certified Instructor, a graduate from Modern Samurai Project's Red Dot Instructor program, NRA Certified Instructor, Certified NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, Refuse to be a Victim Instructor and is a Certified OC (Pepper Spray) Instructor through Chuck Haggard's Agile Training & Consulting.

She is the designer and mastermind behind Image Based Decisional Drills, Smart Choices , The Complete Combatant's annual The Mingle for professional ladies in the "firearms/self defense" industry and The Quest for red dot shooters. Shelley is a presenter at Active Self Protection's National Conference, , a presenter at The Well Armed Woman's Shooting Chapters National Leadership Conference and A Girl and a Gun's National Conference. She is a public speaker and loves to train!

Please make note that the refund policy is simple. There are no refunds, BUT BUT BUT if there is an emergency and you are unable to attend you CAN transfer your spot to the next person in line on The Quest's official waiting list. You handle the $, I help w the transfer. If that offer gets turned down then you CAN offer it to a friend but the people on our waiting list come first. If a person is added, they may not receive all (or any) of the PRE-QUEST gifts. Obviously, this is dependent on the time they join the guest list and I will need to be 100% involved in the transfer.
