Join Richard for an evening of breathwork, somatic practices, and gentle movement, followed by tea and time to connect with other students.
No previous experience of yoga is required, and you don’t need to bring a mat.
This is a supportive, beginner-friendly workshop designed to help you unwind, regulate your nervous system, and leave feeling more grounded and resourced.
This Evening Includes:
- Breathwork for nervous system regulation
- Somatic practices to release tension and ground
- Gentle movement suitable for all bodies
- Time for rest, reflection, and community connection
