Welcome to The Queen's Valentine Soiree: A Bridgerton Affair!

Join us for a night of romance, elegance, and intrigue at The Lodge at Sunset Beach. Get ready to step back in time to the Regency era with our themed decorations, live music, delicious food and drinks. Put on your finest attire and dance the night away as if you were in a scene from Bridgerton. At the end of the evening, a Diamond of the Season will be crowned. We will have raffles, a prize for the Season's Diamond and souveniers for all attendees.

AGENDA

Guest Arrival and Check-In

5:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Guests arrive at the Holiday Bay Harbor Ballroom. Free parking is available. Check-in at the registration desk. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage. Photo booth available for arrival photos.

The Queen's Grand Entrance

6:00 PM - 6:15 PM

Guests are invited to gather in the ballroom. The Queen makes her grand entrance, officially opening the ball. Opening remarks from the Queen and introduction to the evening’s festivities.

First Dance and Photo Ops

6:30 PM - 7:15 PM

The Queen invites guests to the dance floor. The evening’s first dance is led by the Queen, with all guests joining in for a traditional Regency-era dance. Photo Op opportunities. Bar is open. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee are available free of charge.

Dinner Service

7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

A multi-course dinner is served. Live string quartet plays Regency-era music. Guests enjoy a gourmet meal, including a choice of chicken, fish, or a vegetarian meal. Special toasts are made to love and friendship.

Social Hour & Mingling

8:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Guests are free to explore the ballroom, take photos with the Queens, Lady Danbury, other performers, and mingle. Themed photo booth with Regency-era props is available. Dessert and refreshments stations open.

Open Dance Floor

9:00 PM - 10:30 PM

The dance floor is open for all guests. Live music continues with a mix of Regency-era and modern romantic tunes. Couples and groups are invited to dance and enjoy the evening.

Farewell & Departure

10:30 PM - 11:00PM

The Queen makes a special Valentine's Day toast. Guests raise their glasses in celebration of love, friendship, and the evening’s festivities. The Diamond of the Season is announced. Guests are thanked for their attendance. Complimentary parting gifts or favors are distributed as guests exit.
