About this Event

Diverse Concert Artists String Ensemble present a tribute to trailblazer R&B artists. This specail concert featuring arrangments for strings of beloved songs will celebrate some of the the most influential women in the field Beyonce, Tina Turner, Sade, Rihanna, Aretha Franklin, Alicia Keys, Chaka Khan and Alicia Keys.

Audience members are welcome to bring blankets or lawn chairs for their comfort, some snacks and a fun beverage, to make the experience extra special! **Family or date night friendly**

Location: near West 63rd street entrance to Central Park. Exact address + map will be provided to ticket holders on the day of the concert!

** In case of Rain the concert will move to a nearby indoor venue.


Diverse Concert Artists are committed to changing the face of classical and crossover music through diversity. Musicians of DCA can be seen in collaboration with many major artists including Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Mark Ronson, Solange, Tony Bennett and Bebe Rexha to name a few. The musicians of DCA are highly trained professionals coming from the nations top music conservatories and universities including Juilliard, Manhattan School of Music, NYU, Mannes, and more. Musicians have performed on the stages of Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall, Royal Opera House of Muscat, Merkin Hall, Alice Tully Hall, the Plaza and many more. The diversity in programming and repertoire includes standard classical works to the latest tunes on the top of the charts.
