We have reserved the Quarter on Spring (located in side the horstoric New Orleans Hotel) as a "members only" restaraunt and lounge for the Rockin' Eureka: Elvis & Friends Festival. Your day pass allows you to come and go as you please, knowing you won't have to wait for a table and have a clean restroom for your use. Listen to music, eat, drink and be merry. Meet other festival goers and be close to all the action.
