Growing up on a farm in New Jersey, Rebekah has always been a plant-loving, organic gardener. She raised and sold organic chicken products before entering a career in nursing. She published her first book, “What’s Eating You? A Food Reference Manual” in 2019. She’s currently enjoying an “eclectic” retirement by sharing her experiences through local lectures, gardening in her yard, and writing a monthly newsletter for the Seaside Herb Society of Ormond Beach.
