The Puncturists bring their own brand of female-fronted melodic punk down from Yorkshire in support of their latest single "55" and new album "I'm Not Alright".In addition we have The Symptoms from Northumberland a duo with songs you'll be humming all the way home and a performance that takes the breath away and MC16, fresh from their appearance at the world famous Rebellion Festival in Blackpool where they wowed the crowd on the Arena Stage with their power and energy.
To add some more poignant local interest, The Puncturists bass player is Dale Farrow, veteran of the 1980s Stamford music scene who lived with his family in the flat above Peatling and Cawdrons on Broad Steet in the 60s when his dad ran the shop and pub and whose cellars are now The Voodoo Lounge at Mama Liz's. So this really is a case of "Dale's coming home"!
This is a night not to be missed.
