The Puerto Rican Kitchen: The Unofficial Dish of The Islands

For ages 16 & up

Take your taste buds on a trip in this introduction to the foods of Puerto Rico. With influences from Spain, Africa and America,  this Island cuisine is distinct and delicious. As you sit back and relax, our instructors will show you how to make each dish. 

For ages 16 & up. Attendees younger than 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

• Papaya, Avocado & Tomato Salad

• Shrimp Mofongo (Shrimp with Plantains & Pork Rinds) 

• Arroz con Grandules (Rice with Pidgeon Peas) 

• Tembleque ( Coconut Pudding)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
