Starting out in the Construction industry at the age of 23, Nicola spent 15 years gaining industry knowledge at her family business, KW Bell Group - becoming the 3rd generation of succession in what is one of the most respected building contractors in Gloucestershire.
Nicola went on to found AccXel, a groundbreaking skills and construction school, offering training and apprenticeships for the construction industry.
Stephanie is an RICS chartered surveyor and offers practical advice and support with commercial property management, acquisition and disposal of commercial investments, rent reviews, lease renewals, project management, refurbishment and development.
With over 17 years experience in the private and public sector, Steph founded her own business, Thorne Commercial Surveyors in 2021 and works across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire, covering both town and country,
They are both the absolute epitome of inspiring women forging a path in the property and construction sector!
