We’re excited to have you at our premium event! Please read through the information below, as it contains essential details for your booking.
**Tickets:**
This is a premium event, and all attendees aged one and older must have a ticket. Babies under one can attend for free with the purchase of two full-price tickets. Please note that babies will not have an allocated seat or be provided with refreshments.
**Introducing ‘The Princess Party’**
By popular demand, we’re bringing back our sell-out event, 'The Princess Party'! Join us for a magical, interactive experience filled with singing, dancing, and cherished memories. Your little ones will have the chance to meet our enchanting princesses in a spectacular venue! **What to Expect:**
Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed with a red carpet entrance leading into our beautiful princess ballroom. Our horseman will greet you, providing face jewels and escorting you to your seats adorned with elegant table decorations.
The event will kick off with a grand musical entrance by the princesses, followed by dancing and singing, enchanting your little ones in awe! The princesses will then invite children to join them on the dance floor to dance, sing, and enjoy their favorite songs.
After that, there will be an opportunity for one-on-one photos with the princesses.
**Lunch:**
We’ll take a break for afternoon tea, served on traditional tiered cake stands. The menu includes:
- For children: a selection of ham, cheese, and raspberry jam sandwiches, a sausage roll, crisps, princess cupcake, and a princess biscuit.
- For vegetarians: egg mayonnaise, cheese, and raspberry jam sandwiches, a cheese and onion roll, crisps, cupcake, and a princess biscuit.
Both options come with unlimited orange squash or water served in little wine glasses. Tea and coffee are also included. A fully stocked bar will be available for additional purchases.
If you require the vegetarian option, please inform us at least two weeks in advance.
**Food Safety Notice:**
Please note that our kitchen handles allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. We cannot guarantee our products are allergy-free, so we cannot accommodate guests with severe allergies. For more information, feel free to email us.
While you enjoy lunch, the princesses will mingle with children, sharing dreams and wishes! After everyone’s had their fill, the little ones will be invited back to the dance floor for more fun, concluding with a special dance with their favorite princesses. The princesses will wrap up with a final performance and a heartfelt farewell.
**Special Photos:**
Your child will have the opportunity for an individual photo on our magnificent throne, against a stunning backdrop surrounded by all the princesses. This service will be available for an additional fee, with photo packages detailed on the day.
**Important Booking Information:**
- Please ensure all first names of attendees are included in your booking for place card creation.
- If you’re booking separately but wish to sit with another party, inform us immediately so we can try to accommodate this request. For the best chance, book together.
**Parking:**
Drive down the long lane through the golf course, with the venue, Hatfield Hall, on your left. The car park is just past Hatfield Hall on the right.
**Arrival:**
Doors open 30 minutes before the event starts. Please arrive with ample time to get seated and settled as the princesses will commence promptly. Late arrivals will have to wait until after the first act to enter.
**Safety Notice:**
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times as this is an unsupervised event. The event staff and entertainers are not responsible for supervising children.
**Prams:**
Prams are not allowed in the function room and must be left in the foyer. Any belongings left in the foyer are your responsibility, and we are not liable for any loss or damage.
