Michael is a young man whose life's dream is to become a great AFL footballer. After all his hard work and dedication he is about to realize his dream having been touted as one of the country's best footballers about to be picked in the number one or two slot by a lucky club. His best friend Craig has just graduated from ADFA.
Abbey is a young woman who has overcome some great emotional and mental challenges. She was a friend of Michael's sister Amy and went often to Amy’s house just so that she could see Michael who never gave her the time of day.
Amy and Abbey drift apart over nothing in particular but Abbey has not let go of her infatuation with Michael.
On a night of celebration, Michael
and Craig meet Abbey at a nightclub and are shocked to see how attractive she has become since they saw her last. Craig and Michael convince her to go back to Craigs house to continue the night…
