What: The Price is 'Not Quite' Right Night
When: September 23rd, doors open at 5:00p.m. and the program starts at 6:15 p.m.
Where: Our Saviors Lutheran Banquet Hall, 2645 Old Jacksonville Road, Springfield, IL
Why: To help the kids in the orphanage & enjoy girlfriend time!
You are invited to the Girl’s on a Mission, The Price is 'Not Quite' Right Night. It will be an evening filled with fun, laughs and surprises! We will be playing games as table teams where you can win prizes, or you may be called up on stage to play a game and win some great prizes!
The cost is $20.00 for the evening and includes dinner which consists of a baked potato bar, salad, drinks and desserts. Entertainment will be provided by Big Mama and the Possumville Municipal Band. You can come as you are or dress up in your favorite country hillbilly outfit to make the Band feel right at home. A prize will be awarded for the best outfit of the night.
Bring an item(s) for the Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes, and or PBJ Springfield. You can bring a jar of peanut butter, jelly or sandwich size ziplock bags, or items for the shoeboxes. You will receive a ticket for each item and be entered into the drawing for great prizes! This month we are collecting pencil sharpeners, wash clothes, solar calculators, Happy meal toys - in the bag and out, and Beanie Babies. Also, if you have any donations for Love Packages we are collecting those items.
You can reserve a table for nine or come and join with others at a table. Get your reservations in and let's have an evening of Girlfriend Fun! All proceeds will be donated to the Nias Orphanage in Indonesia and Operation Christmas Child.
