The Pranava Experience is an immersive spiritual practice that includes Pranayama, Asana, Sound Healing, and live concert /band.This 3 hour immersive journey is designed to take you on a full spiritual evolution and get you in touch with the meaning of Yoga. Union with all!
We start this journey with 15 minutes of Pranayama (breathing exercises) and transition into Asana (yoga poses) aka Sivananda Yoga. Open to all skill levels from beginner to advanced. During your final relaxation you will be treated with a sound bath with singing bowl, flute, violin, and harmonic vocals. In this relaxed and connected space we will connect with our voices and begin to sing/chant together transitioning into a Bhakti Yoga practice. This expereince is designed to help particpants expereince what yoga truly is. We highly recommend attending the full 3 hour ceremony, but if for some reason you are not able to come to the Class you can attend the Concert for a reduced price. We also recommend that you eat something before coming, please allow at least 30 minutes for your food to digest.
