This practice/workshop is based on Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga, asana, the physical practice of yoga, is just one of the limbs.Time is a precious commodity in our modern lives, so, I wanted to offer the fundamentals of this beautiful practice in a 2 hr pocket..... hopefully allowing you to bring home some of the gems into your own practice.
We will practice some meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and practice asana as a personal inquiry, leading us to the yogi/yoginis goal of a steady, calm and equanimous mind. As always, hoping to have some fun on the journey, lifting our vibrations a little higher :)
