6-Week Body-Based Somatic Processing Group led by Andy Lesniewicz and Gretchen (Leu) von SeggernThis 6-week closed group offers a supportive space to explore how early experiences shape patterns of stress, connection, and protection in the body. Using gentle, body-based practices rooted in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and inspired by Aikido, participants are invited to build awareness, soften habitual responses, and cultivate new ways of meeting life from healing rather than protection.
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy is an evidence-based, body-oriented approach that supports nervous system regulation through mindful attention to sensation, posture, and movement. Aikido’s principles of harmony and non-resistance inform the group’s approach to meeting stress with presence, balance, and adaptability.
This group is ideal for those feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or curious about body-based healing. Previous therapy experience recommended. No prior somatic or martial arts experience required.
Schedule: Mondays, 9:00–11:00 am, February 16 - March 30
