The Practice is more than just a group Yoga class. It’s a practice on the mat that enables us to live our fullest potential off the mat. We’ll weave asana, pranayama, mantras, bandha, and meditation into powerful and subtle sequences to re-balance the body, steady the mind, and remind you of your essential nature. This month we’re attending to the seasonal shifts at play. Pacifying Kapha as we move into spring, beginning to clear the accumulations and stagnation of the winter, taking a more active approach to our sadhana as the sun returns towards the northern hemisphere.
The Practice draws from the teachings of AyurYoga, Pranic Hatha, and Ayurveda, for a practice that cultivates a space of transformation. It is a level II/III practice, and six months of asana practice is recommended.
This class is offered in-person at the Ayurvedic Wellness Center or livestream via Zoom. Registration in one of these “live” classes includes access to a recording for seven days.
