Meditation is a very simple practice, available to all. Utilizing meditation can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity, and promote happiness. Learning how to meditate is easy, and the benefits can come quickly.
Join longtime meditator Zelma Pierce Chamberlain, M.Ed., who will share practical steps to learning how to meditate and provide an opportunity for participants to try it on their own. By incorporating meditation into your daily routine, you will see the changes!
