"The Power of your Emotions" is a workshop that dives deep into emotions, how to process them, & transmute them in a positive way, helping your growth.

We will do this by:

✨Journaling & Reflection (Bring your Notebook)📒

✨Using techniques Kareema has personally used to help her feel the emotion in order to grow from it.

Be open to what emotions arise as we dive deep into our Feelings.
