In this One Day Retreat on Lofoten Islands we will explore the possibilities of opening up to more >>Inner freedom<< by reclaiming our Sound and our Voice.
In this one day we will establish a new relationship to your voice, and maybe a new way of getting to know yourself?
The workshops will consist of song, sound, play(!) & embodiment exercises to open up, followed by healing modalities that bring nourishment and transformation.
