Join us on 17th November 2025 for our new Life Story Workshop at Perdiswell Young Peoples Centre - a dynamic 4-hour session designed to help you connect with and support children in your care.
For kinship, SGO, Foster Carers, Children's Residential Staff and Social Workers eager to incorporate practical, everyday life story themes into family life - this workshop is your essential starting point!
Discover engaging tools and activities that bring life stories to life, helping children to share their experiences, find their voice, and build resilience through connection and care.
Aims:
- Gain a clear understanding of what Life Story work is, why it matters, and how to implement it effectively.
- Develop practical skills and access valuable resources aligned with national and local policies.
- Foster deeper understanding from a child's perspective and promote their voice in a meaningful way.
