In this workshop:

Stories are the lens through which we make sense of the world. They shape our perceptions of what we enjoy, who we are, who we aspire to be, and how we interpret our experiences. This uniquely human gift holds a profound influence over our emotions, decisions, and interactions. When we dwell on the past, feel overwhelmed in the present, or worry about the future, our internal narratives become more than thoughts—they manifest as emotional and physical realities. These stories shape how we see the world and engage with it. Understanding the transformative power of storytelling is the first step toward reclaiming control over the narratives we choose to believe. In this workshop, you’ll discover how to recognize the stories guiding your life and learn practical tools to become the deliberate author of your journey.

Join us to harness the power of story and take charge of your life’s narrative.
