Attendees of this session are bathed in harmonic vibrations integrating each individual into a state of peace and calm. The singing bowls used in this session are tuned to the 7 chakras which allows clients to: cleanse energetic blockages, relieve stress, re-align, feel balanced and highlight a healthy life practice. No experience necessary.

Your instructor for this workshop is Yvonne Clark. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology/literature and holds the highest certification in teaching yoga (E-RYT500) and has been instructing yoga since 2006. She is also a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and works in studio settings, as well as, clinical settings where the concentration is on effecting the physical, emotional and mental well-being of participants.
