I work in mental health service, in addition to my work, I operate my own business, focusing on teaching coping skills related to self-care, trauma, and burnout in adults and children. With over 15+ years of experience in mental health as a Certified Parent Support Partner in Wayne County, I possess a unique understanding of the challenges associated with mental health, having navigated these issues with my own children.
