With over 25 years in hospitality, Michelle has led from the ground up - from the floor to Director level - across restaurants, bars, and hotels in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
As the founder of QAB Leadership, she now partners with some of the industry’s most ambitious brands, helping leaders build clarity, confidence, and accountability at every level.
Over the past five years, Michelle has designed and delivered leadership programmes that have transformed teams, shaped cultures, and strengthened business performance across global hotel groups, independent restaurant groups, and Michelin-starred venues.
