Have you ever wanted to try meditation but felt overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or thought it wasn’t “for you”? Maybe you’ve tried before but found it complicated or weren’t sure you were doing it “right.” That’s exactly why I created The Power of Pause.
This workshop series will take place every Thursday for 5 weeks. 6:30pm-7:30pm. Payment includes all dates.

Meditation isn’t about fitting into a mold or adopting a specific belief system. No matter your religion, spiritual path, or whether you’re not spiritual at all, meditation can help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find calm in the chaos of everyday life.
Through this workshop, you’ll:

• Explore practical techniques that are simple and accessible for beginners.
• Discover how to use meditation for stress relief, emotional balance, and mental clarity.
• Feel empowered to create a practice that aligns with your goals and lifestyle.
My approach is straightforward, beginner-friendly, and focused on making meditation something you can integrate into your everyday life.
Comfort is key. Whether you prefer sitting in a chair, on a mat, or with cushions, this workshop is designed to accommodate everyone. Yoga mat, pillow & blanket provided—but feel free to bring your own if you prefer! *Chair available if needed.
