About this Event

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

We extend a warm invitation to join us at a luncheon leadership circle, centred on the transformative impact of feminine intelligence and its critical relevance at this time.

After three decades working in corporate leadership development and as a social entrepreneur, it became evident that conventional approaches to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) were inadequate for a culture shift, when focused merely on meeting quotas. To truly effect systemic change, an elevation in consciousness is essential. Transformation is an inside out job. Recognising this necessity, we embarked on a journey to uncover the missing elements required to catalyse systemic transformation.

What was conspicuously absent across all sectors and levels of society, was respect and inclusion of feminine qualities in leadership along with women at decision making tables. In 2016, my colleagues and I launched FemmeQ: a global movement dedicated to elevating awareness of the feminine qualities critical for inclusive leadership and advocating for women's pivotal role in shaping our future. After six successful FemmeQ Summits in 5 countries, we understand the potency of feminine intelligence when integrated alongside the masculine. World over we are witnessing the consequences of the absence of the feminine in leadership.

We have all experienced the impact of the overplayed masculine when feminine qualities are devalued, rejected as soft and ineffectual, perpetuated by organisations that prioritise a ‘power over’ leadership approach, valorising masculine qualities adopted by all genders to maintain the status quo. This keeps in place the stereotype that certain traits or characteristics are inherently essential in business, contributing to marginalisation, inequity, and discrimination.

By challenging entrenched beliefs, societal norms, stereotypes, and narratives that have shaped us, we aim to awaken and embody the dormant feminine qualities accessible to all, restoring wholeness to our human system, fostering inclusive leadership, cohesive cultures, and communities.

· How will feminine intelligence catalyse transformation in your leadership?

· How can we unlock the full potential of women to ensure they’re resourced to make their unique contribution?

· How can feminine intelligence bring about a culture change in your organisation?

Your participation in this dialogue is invaluable as we collectively strive to pave the way for a more inclusive and balanced future.

Warmest regards,
